Delivery & Returns

Pricing – Pricing is shown in Australian Dollars and includes Australian GST.  Pricing is subject to change without notice.  Any orders placed prior to change will hold the price at time of ordering. Pricing shown on website are for Retail customers, B2B should contact our office for relevant pricing.

Delivery / Freight – Any orders required to be sent out to the customer by courier / Australia Post, a freight charge will be applied to the invoice to be paid for by the customer.  Please allow 3-5 days for stocked items to be received.  Should an item need to be ordered in you will be provided with an ETA at the time the order is placed.

Leading Edge Safety takes no responsibility for deliveries made to an incorrectly supplied address or should a parcel go missing if an Authority to Leave has been given.  Parcels must be signed for by the addressee.  Should no-one be available to take delivery at the time the parcel is delivered it is up to the addressee to arrange a re-delivery with the courier.  Any re-delivery charges incurred will be charged to and paid for by the customer.

Alternatively, customers are welcome to pick up orders from our Shop.

Online Orders – Once your online order has been received we will send you an Order Confirmation/Tax Invoice for your perusal.  Should there be any corrections you must advise us by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your Order Confirmation.  Once the invoice has been paid in full your order will be despatched (any items that need to be ordered in will be despatched once received in by our Despatch area).

Payment Terms/Methods – Leading Edge Safety accept the following payment methods: Visa/Mastercard, AMEX, Direct Deposit or Cash (in store only).

Orders for non-account customers are to be Prepaid.

30 Day Trade accounts can be set up for customers wishing to do so.  Please contact our office: [email protected] to request an Account Application form.

Warranties / Returns – Leading Edge Safety will hold to the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.  Should it be deemed an item has been damaged in a way outside of the manufacturer’s warranty guarantee Leading Edge Safety will not honour the warranty.

Leading Edge Safety will accept returns for Change of Mind.  It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to our Dandenong store, at the customers expense, within 10 days of receiving the item.  Once the goods are received by Leading Edge Safety a refund will be issued.  Refunds will be made in the same manner that the goods were paid by.

Any items being returned for a refund or exchange must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, all tags attached, manuals/instructions included and any other material provided.

Should an incorrect product be supplied or the item be damaged during transit, the customer is required to contact Leading Edge Safety within 24 hours of receiving the product.  Detailed photos will need to be provided showing the damaged item and/packaging.  Please email us at [email protected] with any concerns regarding your order.  Once all the information and photos have been received by Leading Edge Safety a staff member will be in touch to discuss whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

All delivery charges are non-refundable.
